The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the assembled system, including component failures caused by manufacturing defect, under normal use, for a period of three years from the date of delivery. At our option we will repair the system, replace the defective component, or issue a refund of the depreciated value.

The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Misuse, accident, neglect, drops, or impact damage
• Liquid damage, spills, immersion, or humidity outside specification
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
• Power-related damage, including surges, brownouts, inadequate or unstable supply, and lightning
• Overclocking beyond manufacturer-sanctioned profiles or modified firmware
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Software piracy or use of unlicensed software
• Cosmetic wear, including scratches and fading
• Consumables and wear items, including thermal paste refresh
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, weather, and labor disruption

Where a specific component is unavailable due to supply, we may replace it with an equal or better part of the same tier. Substitutions will not reduce the overall specification of the system.

The warranty does not cover variation in real-world performance. Actual performance depends on game, driver version, patch level, settings, background software, and ambient environment. We do not guarantee any specific frame rate or subjective experience.

Contact Support with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos or video where helpful. We may request remote troubleshooting before issuing a return authorization. Shipping instructions will be provided if a return is required.

Thorium offers paid service for systems outside the warranty period, subject to availability. Pricing is quoted on a per-case basis.

This warranty is offered to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by Thorium.

Where not prohibited by law, implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable United States federal law, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Federal law supersedes where required.
