All orders are offers to buy and are not binding until accepted by Thorium. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, supply constraints, or inability to ship to your location. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the amount charged.

We work to describe products accurately, but specifications, imagery, and performance claims are provided for informational purposes. Real-world performance varies by game, driver version, patch level, settings, ambient temperature, and other factors outside our control. Performance claims do not constitute a guarantee of any specific frame rate or experience.

Due to supply conditions we may substitute individual components with equal or better parts of the same tier. Substitutions will not reduce the overall specification of the system. We will identify the shipped components on your invoice.

Prices are shown in United States dollars and are subject to change. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, tariffs, VAT, customs fees, brokerage charges, and taxes imposed by the destination country, and for delays caused by customs clearance.

Thorium operates adaptive pricing tied to real hardware market conditions. Prices may rise or fall at any time as component costs move. Historical prices, current listings, and quotes do not constitute a guarantee of any future price. The price displayed and accepted at the time you complete checkout is the final, binding price for that order, and no price matching, retroactive adjustment, or rain-check is offered against prior or subsequent pricing.

Systems are built after purchase. Components are sourced at the time of order, not drawn from held inventory, which means build timelines vary with supplier availability, shipping transit, and queue depth. We will communicate material delays and, where a required component becomes unavailable, may substitute an equal-or-better part under the substitution provision of these Terms or, at your option, cancel and refund the order in full.

Thorium does not engage in price hedging, speculative markup, or artificial price stabilization. Published prices reflect current component costs. Each product page exposes a price tracker that records the movement of the system's price over time as an intentional transparency measure.

International customers are responsible for determining whether the product is lawful to import and operate in their country, including compatibility with local power, wireless frequencies, and any applicable standards or certifications. Thorium does not represent that products comply with the regulations of any country other than the United States.

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempts to interfere with its operation, scrape content at scale, probe for vulnerabilities, or use the site to distribute unlawful content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

The site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Thorium or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THORIUM DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thorium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Thorium is not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs actions, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supplier failures, power or network outages, acts of government, pandemic, war, or terrorism.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication before pursuing formal action. Where legally permitted, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Alaska, and each party consents to that jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Federal law supersedes where required.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
