Processing time
Every Thorium system is built and validated after an order is confirmed. Typical processing time is stated on the product page and begins when payment clears. Processing time is in addition to carrier transit time.
Domestic shipping (United States)
We ship via insured common carriers within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. A signature may be required at delivery.
International shipping
Where we offer international shipping, the buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for import duties, tariffs, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and any other taxes or fees levied by the destination country. International customers are also responsible for ensuring the product is lawful to import and compatible with local power, wireless, and regulatory requirements. Customs delays are not within our control.
Events outside our control
Thorium is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or damaged shipments once in carrier possession beyond filed insurance recovery, customs holds, weather events, natural disasters, pandemic-related disruptions, labor disruptions, or other force majeure events. Where a carrier causes damage, we will assist you with a claim against the carrier under the declared insured value.
Shipping address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Reroutes, address corrections, and redelivery fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.
Inspection on arrival
Please inspect the outer packaging before signing for delivery. If the packaging shows damage, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact Thorium within 72 hours. Prompt notification improves the odds of a successful carrier claim.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable United States federal law. Federal law supersedes where required.
