Customers select one eligible service category per computer during checkout. The discount applies per machine, not per order, and reduces the configured system price before checkout totals are calculated. Carts with multiple computers receive the selected discount once per eligible computer.

The discount appears as its own line item in the cart, checkout page, order summary, and confirmation email — for example, “Service Discount – Active Duty Military: -$500” or “Service Discount – Teacher: -$250”.

Proof of service is required. Verification must be provided within 10 business days of purchase. If verification is not provided within this period, the discount will be revoked and the remaining balance will be charged to the original payment method when the payment processor and checkout terms support a post-purchase adjustment. Where automatic charging is not available, Thorium will contact the customer to settle the balance.

Thorium will not store sensitive verification documents longer than necessary to confirm eligibility.

Limit one service discount per computer. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, coupon, or pricing adjustment, including the Build It Yourself discount. Where another discount is already on the line, only the highest eligible discount applies.

Thorium PCs reserves the right to verify eligibility, request additional documentation, deny discounts in cases of suspected misuse, and revoke a discount if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Customers acknowledge the verification terms before checkout can be completed: “I understand that proof of service is required within 10 business days of purchase. If verification is not provided within that period, the discount will be revoked and the remaining balance will be charged to my original payment method.”
