Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery of the system to the shipping address on the order. Requests received after 14 days may be declined at our discretion. Approved returns must be received back at our facility within 21 days of the return authorization.
Condition requirements
Returned systems must be in like-new condition, free of damage, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Systems showing signs of abuse, liquid damage, modification, removed or tampered serial numbers, or missing components are not eligible.
Authorization and shipping
Do not ship a return without a return authorization. Contact Support to begin the process. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and for insuring the shipment for the full purchase price. Returns lost or damaged in transit are the customer’s responsibility unless the loss is caused by Thorium.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply where the return is not due to a defect or error on our part. The fee reflects the cost of inspection, revalidation, cleaning, and, where necessary, component replacement before the system can be resold.
Non-returnable
The following are not eligible for return: items marked final sale, opened software or licenses, personalized or custom configurations beyond standard options, and items damaged through misuse, accident, liquid contact, unauthorized modification, power-related damage, malware, or software piracy.
International returns
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, and return shipping costs. Thorium will not pay for recovery of taxes or duties paid on the outbound shipment. Customs delays on returning shipments are not within our control.
Refunds
Refunds on approved returns are issued to the original payment method after the system has been received, inspected, and accepted. Refund processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days after acceptance, subject to your payment provider.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable United States federal law. Federal law supersedes where required.
