Why the Ryzen 5 9600X paired with a 360mm cooler

1080p modern AAA gameplay is GPU-bound, so the 6-core 9600X has more than enough single-thread speed to feed the GPU without becoming the bottleneck. The Liquid Freezer III 360 is oversized for it on purpose — sustained boost holds through hour-long encounters and during a stream's encoding load, instead of dipping when the case warms up.

Why the RTX 5070
