Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Thorium PCs website, services, and accounts. Its purpose is to keep the site and customer experience safe, stable, and lawful.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, servers, or networks
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or authentication
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the site
  • Use the site to distribute spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use automated tools to place orders in bulk without written authorization

Account security

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

User content and feedback

If you submit feedback, reviews, or other content you grant Thorium a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display it in connection with operating and promoting our services. You are responsible for the content you submit and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension of access, cancellation of orders or accounts, referral to law enforcement, or other remedies available at law or in equity. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.

Reporting

To report a suspected violation of this policy or a security issue, contact us through the Support page with as much detail as possible. Please do not test vulnerabilities against production systems without prior written authorization.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable United States federal law. Federal law supersedes where required.
